- 1-3 years’ work experience in maintenance administration is preferred

- Responsible to maintain the “technician to equipment” assignment, based on supervisor decision;
- Responsible for customer satisfaction, data management and service quality.
- Responsible to compile the package service repairs, make it signed by the supervisor, send it to the customer, monitor and react to customer’s answers, and create the order;
- Accountable to enter technician time sheet data in the system;
- Evaluate the results of all maintenance and modernization agreements, identify recurring problems and provide the direction.
Salary: 700-900 AZN
